It's a brand new week, which means another unexpected twist in the tale of convicted murderer Gypsy Rose Blanchard's love life.
That's because, just weeks after announcing her divorce from husband Ryan Anderson, the 32-year-old has been papped locking lips with a new beau.
Except, he isn't a new beau at all, he's her ex-fiancé!

Earlier this month, Gypsy confirmed her split from Ryan via her private Facebook profile, writing: “Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation, and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.
“I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now, I need time to let myself find who I am.”
The couple had tied the knot in 2022 while she was serving a sentence of ten years in prison after pleading to the second-degree murder of her mother, Clauddine ‘Dee Dee’ Blanchard in 2015.
Gypsy has only been out of prison for three months when she announced the end of their marriage, following a series of tell-all interviews from the couple to the press.
This includes a televised interview with ABCNews in January. At the time, Gypsy said: "We’ve talked about starting a family, we just don’t know when at this point.
“I had to kiss a couple frogs to get to this one."
Ryan later told the Daily Mail he was ‘blindsided’ by the entire thing, saying: “It just came out of the blue. I haven’t spoken to her. I just don't know what's going on. I'm at a loss. I'm really not doing well at all."
By the sound of things, however, Gypsy didn't spend long nursing her broken heart.
In a bombshell revelation, the ex-jailbird has been photographed by TMZ planting a passionate peck upon the face of former flame Ken Urker while the two attended a jazz festival in New Orleans.
In snaps obtained by TMZ, the couple - who were previously engaged before going their separate ways five years ago - confirmed the news that they'd rekindled things.
They'd met via pen pal whilst Gypsy was incarcerated, but apparently, the timing wasn't right.
She told the publication: "After reconnecting earlier this month, we realized that our love for each other is simply undeniable, and life is too short to not take a chance.
"We have a history that made for the perfect foundation for a new beginning. We are together and in a wonderful place in our relationship.
"We know it is going to be a long road ahead but are excited for the future."
