Euphoria star Angus Cloud has died aged 25

Angus Cloud has sadly died aged just 25, his family have confirmed.

Euphoria star Angus Cloud has died aged 25, his family confirmed in a heartbreaking statement tonight (31 July).

The news comes just days after his father's funeral.

The actor's family told TMZ: "It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways."

They continued: "Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend. Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence."

The family have not yet shared details of the cause of Cloud's death.

His family added: "We hope the world remembers him for his humour, laughter and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss."

Following his father's death, he shared a photo (July 14) of his late dad wearing a red tracksuit while sticking out his pinky finger.

The 25-year-old simply captioned the Instagram photo: "miss u breh".

The young actor played Fezco on the hit HBO series from 2019 to 2022 where he starred alongside Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Maude Apatow, Hunter Schafer, and Alexa Demie.

His also featured in the films 'North Hollywood' (2021) and 'The Line' (2023).

Cloud was recently cast opposite Melissa Berrera in a new horror movie at Universal Pictures from 'Scream 6' directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett.

In addition to his film credits, Cloud appeared in several music videos.
