We all felt for Made in Chelsea's Zara McDermott last night, as she poured her heart out to Sam Thompson in a handwritten letter.
Over the past few weeks, Zara's cheating scandal has unravelled on MIC, with the 24-year-old doing everything in her power to win Sam back, after it emerged she had been unfaithful a year ago.
And in last night's episode, Zara got her words down on paper. The letter was delivered to Sam via his pal Reza, who Zara had met up with a few hours prior. You can watch a clip below:
"She did give me a letter to deliver to you," Reza tells Sam.

Sam then begins reading the first section of the lengthy letter, before Reza asks him how he feels about it.
"Not great, my heart is telling me call her now and say come round, my head is saying that's the most stupid decision you've ever made.
"I know my head is right, and my heart is weak - always has been."
Aw, Sam!
But what did the full letter actually say? During the scene, it's shown very briefly, but this is how it reads...

"Dear Sam, Since you have been away I have been doing a lot of reflecting on a lot of things. I've reflected on my life before I met you, on our life together and a lot on the kind of life I want to live," Zara begins.
"Before I continue with some of the things I need to say, I just want to tell you again I am so sorry with my whole entire heart for what I did. I am so deeply ashamed of my actions and the way I have hurt you. I was selfish, immature and stupid. There is no excuse.
"I know how hard it is to believe that someone who loves you could do what I did. But believe me when I say I love you, you have my whole heart and more.
"You asked me before 'what was your life like before me?' I told you it was nothing before you. That's not necessarily true, I had fun, I loved my life.

"But the day you walked into it, you, my whole world changed. And not because of where you live (if I'm honest I barely knew where Fulham was), not because of your friends or anything like that."
Aww, can these two just get back together already?!
Last week, Zara posted a very loved up snap of her and Sam together, captioned: "I choose you. And I'll choose you over and over. Without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat. I'll keep choosing you."
The post confused fans a little, with many wondering if they had rekindled their romance. We'll have to wait and see, but we've got everything crossed...
