Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were faced with chaos on Tuesday's This Morning as one of their guests, Paddy McGuinness, appeared to be a little worse for wear.

The Take Me Out presenter was certainly in high spirits as he chatted to the duo on the ITV daytime show, admitting he was yet to go to sleep following the London Top Gear season 28 premiere he'd attended the night before.
As he waited for his interview slot, Paddy entertained himself by intruding on an earlier segment about crisps to grab a handful for himself.
Plus, he even got up a naked picture of Phil with only a flower hiding his privates, and joking about his "boa constrictor". Who said morning television was high brow, after all?
Later on as he chatted to Holly and Phil alongside his Top Gear co-star, Chris Harris, Paddy still seemed more than a little rambly - even admitting he had "no idea" what he was talking about when quizzed by the pair.

He wasted no time joking about Chris' drinking habits, even teasing him for only having one nipple.
"Thanks for doing that on national TV," Chris replied awkwardly, before telling Phil and Holly: "This is worse than I ever thought it could be. Absolute shower..."
As she offered Paddy a bacon butty, a bemused Holly asked whether Paddy had flown too close to the sun during his boozy night at the premiere.

"I knew I was flying too close to the sun when I was on stage saying to the Director General of the BBC 'get the sambucas in son'," Paddy responded. "He's good as gold. He's still there drinking."
And when asked what he brought to the new series of the racing show, the TV star simply replied: 'Alcohol... and lots of it". We hope he's not getting behind the wheel if that's the case!
"I find it shocking someone could come on this sofa and still be drunk," Phil jested.

While Holly hinted at a heavy National Television Awards to come, adding: "Who would do that? This time next week it will be us".
As the disastrous (but hilarious) chat came to an end, Holly ended it by telling them both to "go home and get washed," before laughing: "I've never finished an interview by saying that!"

"Is our Paddy still p***ed this morning after last night's premiere," one fan wrote as they watched the interview unfold.
While another added: "Paddy and Chris drunk on a Tuesday morning is a fat mood rn #ThisMorning".
"Even Paddy cannot believe this is a real segment on live tv! #ThisMorning," a third quipped.
We're sure it will hit him like a ton of bricks tomorrow!
