Then, the camera cuts to the Banks family's home in the present day.
In the 2020 footage, we can hear Diane, 74, shouting for Martin's character, George.
"I'm just washing my hands!" Martin, 75, replies. "One more 'Happy Birthday' to go!"
It comes just days after Netflix teased the 1991 rom-com was getting a reunion, sharing a short teaser clip and the words "something is coming".

The special is in aid of the World Central Kitchen, a charity which works to feed those in need in times of crisis (such as the pandemic).
We can expect to see Steve Martin (who played the eponymous father of the bride, George Banks), Diane Keaton (Nina Banks), Kimberly Williams (Annie Banks), Kieran Culkin (Matty Banks) and George Newburn (Bryan MacKenzie) make appearances.
In the classic family movie, George Banks, a businessman and owner of an sports shoe company Side Kicks, is knocked for six when he finds out his 22-year-old daughter Annie is engaged. Stubborn about his feelings, George does not want to give her away.

Throughout the movie, the doting father soon learns to live with his new son-in-law Bryan MacKenzie and accepts his daughter's happiness. It's heartwarming stuff.
Father of the Bride fans were teased with the reunion a few weeks ago when producer Nancy Meyers hinted a project was in the works.
"If he thought a wedding was a lot, how would he react to 2020? Coming soon to the phone in your hand," she said.
We cannot WAIT.
