Aaron Pike and Ronnie Bishop will have a lot more crimes to solve in the near future. Sky has confirmed that Noel Clarke and Ashley Walters will reprise their roles in a newly commissioned fourth series of Bulletproof.

The fourth series will feature eight hour-long episodes and will air on Sky One and TV streaming service NOW TV, with a premiere date yet to be announced.

After two hugely successful series of the Sky Original, and with the upcoming special third instalment, Bulletproof: South Africa hitting screens on 20th January, audiences will again be reunited with their favourite cop duo.

Bishop and Pike are set to be implicated in a grisly murder, leaving their jobs, lives and families hanging in the balance. The pair must use every ounce of skill and tenacity to bring down the most untouchable villain they've ever faced.

Shooting is scheduled for later this year in and around London.

Noel Clarke said: "We are ecstatic that Bulletproof has been commissioned for yet another season. It is a testament to the hard-working cast, crew, and everyone behind the scenes making it all happen.

"We work hard to bring you something entertaining and heartfelt and we hope you enjoy it when it returns!"

Noel also celebrated by posting a snap of the duo on Instagram.

Ashley Walters said: "I am so pleased we can continue the journey of Bishop and Pike. This show has stood the test of time because of the heart we put into it.

"We really appreciate the support we have had from all that have watched. See you again soon".

Pike and Bishop can next be seen on Bulletproof: South Africa. The special follows the pair as as they take a much needed holiday from their London day-jobs and travel to Cape Town, South Africa.

The vacation does not go smoothly. While trying to relax after a tough year, Bishop, Pike and his family soon find themselves caught up in the frightening kidnapping of a young girl. Having befriended the young girl's parents earlier that day, Bishop and Pike decide it's their duty to use their expertise to help the couple win their daughter back.

The kidnappers demand an unreasonable reward for the safe return of the girl, but have no idea who they are now up against.

Bulletproof: South Africa is to air on Sky One on Wednesday 20th January 2021 and will also be available on streaming service and NOW TV.
