The actor and singer left onlookers speechless when he arrived at the 91st Academy Awards wearing a Christian Siriano tuxedo dress like nothing else we've ever seen before.

But, Billy's fierce outfit choice was more than just a fashion statement, as the 49-year-old revealed his goal was to be "a walking piece of political art every time I show up - to challenge expectations."

Speaking to Vogue, Billy continued: "What is masculinity? What does that mean? Women show up every day in pants, but the minute a man wears a dress, the seas part.

"People are going to be really uncomfortable with my black ass in a ball gown, but it's not anybody's business but mine."
