Lucy Mecklenburgh and Ryan Thomas' baby son, Roman had a very memorable first telly appearance this morning and accidentally had a poo live on air.

The mega cute two-month-old appeared on Good Morning Britain with mum Lucy, 28 and dad Ryan, 35, to chat about Ryan's new show Mancs in Mumbai, along with brothers Scott and Adam Thomas.

While chatting to Lorraine on GMB, Ryan ushered his fiancée to join him on the call, along with son, Roman.

But it seemed Roman had had a little toilet mishap, with the parents turning the tot around to reveal a brown-stained white baby grow!

"We've got him in his best outfit today and just for you, on camera, wahey!" Joked Ryan, before turning Roman around.

Meanwhile, Lucy could be seen in hysterics, laughing with her hands up to her face in shock.

Lorraine added: "Well that's what they do! That's what they do and it's fine and he's allowed! He's absolutely gorgeous."

Lucy later took to her Instagram page to post some hilarious snaps of Roman's appearance, writing: "Insta VS REALITY sorry @lorraine @itv naughty Roman haha!"

During the show, Lucy also spoke about her experience of becoming a new mum amidst the coronavirus pandemic, explaining it had been tough.

"You know what it has been really tough," she explained.

"The first few weeks for me was really difficult. Everyone said when I was pregnant, 'take all the help, have everyone round, they can hold him while you nap and make dinner', but we haven't had that support.

"But what we have had is every single moment with him and actually it's been amazing."

Lucy and Ryan first introduced 10-week-old Roman back in March, with an adorable photo of him holding his mum's finger.

Ryan is also dad to 11-year-old Scarlett, who he shares with Coronation Street's Tina O'Brien (who plays Sarah Platt in the soap).

Posting a snap on Instagram just a few days after Roman was born, Ryan wrote: "Our first walk.. this one makes staying home so much better."

Awwww. Even with a slight toilet mishap, Roman is still SO cute!
