Perrie Edwards' Fans Flood Star With Congratulations After 'Beautiful' Engagement
The Little Mix star is officially off the market.
Little Mix star Perrie Edwards has been flooded with congratulations from fans and famous friends over the weekend after announcing her engagement to her long-term boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The singer shared a collection of candid photos from the romantic moment to Instagram on Sunday, 19 June, telling her 15.3 million followers: "Last night the love of my life got down on one knee and I said… YES!"
Perrie has been dating the Liverpool player for six years and the pair welcomed their son Axel together in August 2021.

Plenty of Perrie's celeb pals took to the comments section to share the love, including the singer's former bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall.
While Jade commented a series of love heart and crying emojis, Leigh wrote: "Best news! So happy for you both".
We love how supportive these girls are of each other – even if they aren't together anymore (sob!).
Meanwhile, singer Ella Eyre comments: "yesssssssss congratulations beautiful !!! Xx", and former The Saturdays star Mollie King wrote: "Congratulations!! So happy for you both!"
Little Mix's hairstylist Aaron Carlo joked that it was "ABOUT F***ING TIIIIIIIME!!!!!"
Reality star Vicki Pattison added:"Omgggggggggg!!!!! Congratulations gorgeous girl", and presenter Myleene Klass wrote: "Ahhhh! Love this. No less than you deserve. 😍 Huge congrats!"

Of course, most excited for Perrie's big news were her adoring fans, who took over her comments section to celebrate the thrilling news.

Alex also shared a series of photos from the engagement to his own Instagram, accompanied by the caption: "Mrs Oxlade-Chamberlain to be! @perrieedwards ❤️💍".
Alex proposed to Perrie during a romantic stroll on a secluded beach. While the footballer wore a black and white shirt with rolled up sleeves, black cargo trousers, and white trainers, Perrie was wrapped in a black and white Balmaine dress to match with her black strapped sandles.
The mum-of-one had her hair down in perfectly suited beachy waves and was pictured grinning from ear to ear as she flashed her impressive engagement ring in the sunset.
