Series 7 runners-up Chloe Burrows and her boyfriend, Toby Aromolaran, announced the exciting news that they had finally found the flat of their dreams, with Chloe taking to Instagram that the pair had now moved in together.
However, it seemed that po-faced trolls were less than impressed with the pair’s decision to get their own place just three months after the Love Island finale.
“Seriously? It’s only been a few months,” one person wrote, while another person said: “Love Island couples move fast in a relationship, they know each other for a few months then boom they move in together and get a dog.”
However, Chloe had no time for these very muggy violations, and was quick to hit back at criticism on Twitter.
“People saying Love Island couples moved in too fast… are you forgetting we lived together all summer or?” she wrote.
Thankfully, Chloe had plenty of support from her fans, who told her to ignore criticism from haters.
“My husband and I moved in after three weeks, engaged after 12 weeks. Been married 13 years this year, together for 17,” one person wrote. Ignore the haters, whatever feels right for you is right.”
“Do what you want, bae,” a second person agreed. “I would have moved in with my boyfriend the day I met him if I could.”
“Never care what other people think,” added a third, wise fan. “You do you. Stay true to yourself that’s all that matters.”
Chloe and Toby are following suit from Faye Winter and Teddy Soares, who also announced they were moving in together after three months outside the villa.
Personally, we’re thrilled to see so many Love Island couples thriving in the real world!
