Liz Hurley has spoken out following the sudden passing of cricket legend Shane Warne.
The Australian sporting legend passed away on Friday, 4th March of a suspected heart attack in Koh Samui, Thailand, according to his management.
As well as his cricketing career, Warne was also known for his high profile relationship with Elizabeth Hurley between 2011 to 2013.

Commenting on Warne's passing, Liz said in on Instagram: "I feel like the sun has gone behind a cloud forever. RIP my beloved Lionheart @shanewarne23."
After just a few months of dating, Elizabeth and Shane were engaged, though the pair never made it down the aisle, splitting in 2013.

In more recent interviews, both Shane and Liz had confirmed they were still good friends.

He said at the time: "I still care about her deeply and she’s a wonderful person.
"I suppose it was the sporting world meeting her world… It was one of those things where we just collided.
“When she first came to Australia we had been seeing each other for about six months or so, so I didn’t introduce her to my children until it was real and I believed it had a future - it wasn’t just a bit of fun.

“So six months down the track she finally comes to meet the children in Australia and it was an absolute circus."
Following his passing, Shane's management said in a statement: "Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived.
"The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course."
