From hogging the arm rest to bringing smelly food on board, there’s a whole host of things travellers should avoid when flying – we’re all just trying to get from A to B, after all.
Yet, one passenger has been called out but none other than Jade Thirlwall for their flagrant (and rather rank) disregard for flight etiquette when they placed their bare foot on the cabin’s ceiling. Watch it below:
The Little Mix singer took to social media to document the traveller’s shoe and sockless antics, much to many of her fans’ distain.

In the clip shared on TikTok, the barefooted passenger with green pedicure could be seen stretching her foot towards the ceiling of the aircraft, in full view of the rest of the plane, while casually chatting to a gentleman beside her.
Writing alongside the video, which has been viewed over 5 million times, Thirlwall showcased her witty way with words and captioned it, "Breathtaking views at 38,000 feet".
Thirlwall’s fans had quite the visceral reaction to the barefoot passenger and said they were appalled by what they had witnessed.
One wrote: "This is why I disinfect everything before sitting."

Despite many airing their disgust, others were quite complimentary about the passenger’s pedicure.
One said: "She wasn’t gonna waste the pedicure and polish she just received."

Jade even hilariously responded to some fans’ comments, and assured them that she was OK but had been 'a little rattled' by the sight.
While she agreed with another follower about the traveller's choice of nail polish and penned: "Gorgey colour tbf".
