Celebrity and billionaire influencer Kim Kardashian has revealed that sometimes she 'cries herself to sleep' because of her 'most challenging' role of bringing up her four children.
They share North (9), Saint (7), Chicago (5) and Psalm (4).
The Skims brand-owner discussed what parenthood has been like for her with life coach Jay Shetty his podcast series On Purpose. The episode is expected to go live tomorrow (Monday 22 May).
People magazine released a teaser clip of the episode where Kim can be heard saying that 'the days are long and the years are short', adding that it was 'madness' being a parent to a baby, but described it as 'the best chaos'.
Kim then goes on to discuss what a typical morning looks like in her household, saying she has to style one of her daughter's hair in a 'certain way' and help one of her other children put their shoes on, adding 'they all need you'.
She described the scenario as 'full crazy madness', explaining that her time has a parent has already taught her 'the most' about herself.
She also said it was been 'the most challenging thing' she has faced.
She admitted: "There are nights I cry myself to sleep.. Like, 'what just happened?'
"You know, with all the moods and the personalities and sometimes they're fighting and there's no one there."
Alluding to her finding the ropes now being a single parent, she added that she often has to play 'good cop and bad cop' which she claims has proved to be 'a challenge'.
She also hinted that she struggles to deal with unruly outbursts that her children can have from time to time, adding that a temper tantrum can turn her life 'completely upside down'.
The celebrity also mentioned that 'nothing' can prepare someone for the trials and tribulations that come with parenthood, but described it as: "It is the most challenging, rewarding job on this planet."
