Blac Chyna Talks Confirms She Is Taking Legal Action Against Kris Jenner

Blac Chyna is finally due to get her day in court after a years-long legal battle against the Kardashian-Jenners.

The battle began in 2017 after the cancellation of Rob & Chyna, the E! Network reality show following Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian.

The model alleges that the Kardashian-Jenners used their influence within the E! Network to get the show axed.

In a statement on Twitter the reality star wrote that she plans to refocus her energy on the upcoming trial: "I plan to refocus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, and Kylie which starts in 13 days. When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS."

The model shares one child with Rob Kardashian and another with the rapper Tyga.

Continuing her statement she wrote: "I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that whats right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong. And what they did was so wrong."

Adding: "I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors - the lies that were told and the damage that was done."

The mum-of-two ended the post writing: "At the end of the trial, I'm going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me.

"And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too."

Talking about the trial Chyna's legal team released a statement to People, which reads: "Chyna will prove to the jury that all four defendants defamed her by falsely accusing her of physically abusing Rob and then using that lie to get her No. 1 hit show, Rob & Chyna, cancelled by the E! Network and NBCUniversal."

The Kardashian-Jenners and their attorneys have fought back against these accusations claiming that it was Blac Chyna herself who made the show impossible to continue - in part due to have a restraining order against Rob.
