We've all left the hairdresser's and not been totally happy with the results - but one woman had a total nightmare when she left the salon, admitting to 'ugly crying' over her new hair 'do.

You can watch the clip below:

TikToker @rosaamazapan explained that visiting the hair salon was supposed to be a special treat after she had finished an exam.

But the style certainly wasn't what she expected, taking to the video streaming platform to explain she was left 'ugly crying' at the results.

She said: "Sorry for the ugly crying and the cussing but mostly sorry for letting you guys see this terrible haircut!"

"I never record myself crying, because I don't get why people do that and I think it's f**king weird, but here I am, crying, because I've had the worst f**king haircut of my f**king life.

"This is how bad it is. It's so bad. What is this?

"Yesterday I had an exam, and I was like 'reward yourself because you did really well on that exam', and this is my f**king reward. This is my f**king reward? How do I fix this? Oh my gosh.

"I take good care of my hair. I'm a good person. Why? Why did this happen? Why did nobody stop her? What is this?

"This is my hair styled. She styled it! I looked at myself in the mirror and I was like holy s**t my self-esteem is about to f**king plummet. Do you guys see this? Please tell me you see this. What did I do to deserve this?"

The woman was gutted with the hair style.

And other TikTokers were so supportive, with many commenting on the video with helpful advice.

One person wrote: "I’m so sorry this happened! What kind of cut did you ask for? I’m a stylist and I’m so confused how another stylist could do you like this."

While another said: "I would go somewhere else and ask them to razor in whispy layers!!! I think it’d look amazing on you! It’s fixable!!"

And a third added: "Oh baby I’m so so sorry this has happened to you, I can just imagine how you must be feeling."

She was in tears over what had happened.

The TikToker later explained that she was due to return to the salon, with a different hair stylist, so the cut could be corrected.

"I have an appointment at the same salon with someone else (who I trust) but I’ll mention the whispy layers! Hopefully it works out," she wrote.
