Everything We Know About Selling Tampa As New Trailer Drops

It looks SO good.

If you've been hooked to Season 4 of Selling Sunset, then you're going to love Netflix's upcoming spin-off show, Selling Tampa.

Like its Los Angeles counterpart, the new show will follow the personal and professional lives of real estate agents in Florida, based at the Allure Realty brokerage.

You can watch the trailer below:

Now we've successfully binged our way through the fourth instalment of Selling Sunset, the new Tampa-based show is the perfect remedy - here's everything you need to know about your next Netflix obsession...

What is Selling Tampa?

Selling Tampa is based on an all-female, all-Black agency in Florida. It's got similar vibes to Selling Sunset - dreamy, jaw dropping properties and of course, heaps of drama.

Who will star in the series?

Sharelle Rosado, 33, runs Allure Realty, along with her squad of agents, including Juawana Colbert-Williams, Colony Reeves, Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere, Rena Frazier, Karla Giorgio, Tennille Moore and Alexis Williams.

What will Selling Tampa be about?

The series will follow Sharelle and her team on their mission to become one of the top brokerages in Tampa.

And if the trailer is anything to go by, it looks like there's drama already. In one scene, Sharelle tells two members of the team, Karla and Alexis, to step things up, meanwhile in another clip, two realtors can be seen arguing across the table.

"I've been really toying with the idea of starting my own brokerage and going out on my own," adds one agent, Rena.

"If you wanna leave, I'm not begging no one to stay," Sharelle says.

It certainly seems like the cameras have picked up a lot of drama, but that's not all, with Sharelle revealing they even caught the moment she found out she was pregnant.

Speaking to People, she said: "It was shocking. I think I was crying and laughing at the same time. I just can't wait. It's actually going by so fast. I found out I was pregnant while we were filming, so time is flying. It doesn't even seem like it's been that long.

"I always wanted a big family. So I think with this last one, she's just the perfect number to finish it off."

When will the series be released?

There's not long to wait! Eight, 45-minute episodes will drop on the streaming platform on 15th December - perfect for binge-watching.
