Selling Sunset Season 4 Drops On Netflix

Selling Sunset Season 4 Drops On Netflix

This is straight onto our watchlists.

Selling Sunset season four has dropped on Netflix and we honestly can't wait to binge it all.

The reality TV show follows elite real estate brokers at The Oppenheim Group who sell homes with eye-watering price tags in the LA sun.

The first three seasons were huge lockdown hits and now the fourth season has come to scratch our reality TV itch.

Watch the trailer below:

As per, this looks filled to the brim with drama and we need to get this ticked off our watchlist ASAP.

In the trailer, we are introduced to two new agents - Emma Hernan and Vanessa Villela.

Emma is a model, angel investor and the CEO of EmmaLeigh&Co. According to her Instagram bio, she also works as an agent for the Oppenheim Group.

The second new cast member is Mexican-American telenovela star Vanessa, who has decided to swap house television sets for real life houses in the world of real estate. She also has a collection of swimwear items in collaboration with Lascivious.

But it seems like there's going to be some drama with Emma and OG cast member Christine Quinn, with Emma having dated Christine's ex.

A lot of season 4's drama may centre around Christine (once again) as other cast members have expressed a distance between them and her.

“Things have happened that mean we aren’t on good terms,” co-star Mary Fitzgerald told the Daily Star.

“You can’t be friends with everybody. And although Christine and I have been close in the past, things have changed. It wasn’t healthy.”

We're sure that, as always, the women will keep things professional.

Another juicy aspect fans are keen to see in the series is if it tracks the blossoming romance between cast members Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim, although their relationship may be reserved for season 5 exploration.

Jason runs the real estate business, Oppenheim Group, along with his twin brother Brett.

Chrishell made jaws dorp when she announced her relationship with co-star and boss Jason Oppenheim (

Chrishell and Jason first announced their relationship in a series of photos of the Selling Sunset gang in Capri earlier this summer, which Chrishell captioned: "The JLo Effect".

In one of the photos, the loved-up pair are embracing on the back of a boat, with Chrishell donning a huge grin.

Friends and co-stars were quick to comment, with brother Brett writing: "Love you Chrishell. Thank you for making my brother happy."

What are you most looking forward to in season 4?
