The original series has proven to be so popular thar the Oppenheim Group is officially venturing into Orange County. And fans will get a chance to see a brand new set of desirable mansions and drama of course.
So pack your sunscreen and shades because California here we come! Here's everything we know about Selling the OC.
What is Selling the OC about?
The premise for the spin-off is actually very similar to Selling Sunset. It will follow the professional and personal lives of real estate agents working for the Oppenheim Group who sell luxurious and eye-wateringly expensive mansions.
While Selling Sunset focuses on dwellings in Los Angeles, Selling the OC will whisk viewers to Newport Beach, Orange County. For all the 90s kids out there, this is the same place The O.C. is based.
What do we know about the cast?
The only confirmed Selling Sunset cast member confirmed to star in the spin-off so far is Jason Oppenheim. In fact the series will focus on him opening the new Oppenheim Group office in Newport Beach.
The agents joining Jason in the new office includes Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria and Brandi Marshall, among others.
According to Variety, Heather Rae El Moussa, who recently married her beau, Flip or Flop star Tarek El Moussa, will not take part in the spin-off, contrary to reports.
When does filming begin?
One of the reasons why it's unclear if any of our Selling Sunset faves will make cameo appearances in Selling the OC since production has just begun.
Fans will have to wait and see whether Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald, Maya Vander, Chrishell Stause, Brett Oppenheim or Amanza Smith will guest star.
The cast are beyond busy having just wrapped Selling Sunset season 4 and 5. Yep, there are a lot more shenanigans on the horizon.
Is there a trailer?
Not yet but you can watch the trailer for Selling Sunset season 4 above.
Selling Sunset season 4 premiers 24th November 2021.
