To say Monday's episode of Married At First Sight was dramatic is an understatement, and now one of the stars of the brand new series has weighed in after backlash following their wedding.
Yep, Nikita Jasmine has taken to Instagram to defend herself after her breakdown during her wedding ceremony with Ant Poole.

After requesting a six foot tall man with muscles, green eyes and nice teeth, she was left less than impressed with the business development specialist whom she was paired with by dating experts.

She told dating expert Paul C Brunson: "I've got to be with someone really hench. So they've got to have, like a big back, big shoulders, big arms, and also big legs. Muscles."
She added: "Six foot, green eyes. Tattoos is a bonus, and veneers. Love veneers."
But the efforts of Paul and his co-experts Genevieve Gresset and Dr Angela Smith failed to impress the County Durham sales worker.
“They’ve just done the total f***ing opposite of what I've asked for," she yelled.

"I mean obviously I was talking about looks quite a lot. Looks was a huge thing to me and I don’t think they’ve listened to what I said."
To be fair, Ant appears to have many of the qualities Nikita had on her wish list.
Now, Nikita has spoken on Instagram about her meltdown in an attempt to clarify the messy union viewers watched the night before.
She said: "I’ve had to jump on because literally my phone is going crazy and people just need to remember that it is reality TV and I actually had a lovely day.
“It’s always edited to look worse. My bridesmaids actually got on really well with Ant’s friends and we actually had an amazing day but obviously the bad parts.
