MAFS UK's Morag Breaks Silence After Making Husband Luke Cry Over 'Manly' Comments

Morag took to social media to talk about the couple's honeymoon.

It was a tough watch when Married at First Sight's Morag told husband Luke that she didn't think he was 'manly enough' for her during Wednesday's episode.

The couple were honeymooning in Switzerland when Morag told Luke how she was feeling. Fans of the show were gutted to see Luke break down in tears after the comment, but now, Morag has taken to Instagram to discuss the honeymoon.

Posting a video clip of the pair in Switzerland, she wrote: "Honeymoon Switzerland 🏔 Shame you didn’t get to see the activities we went on! Zip wiring across the alps and a very very boozy wine tasting day 🍷 a lot of fun was had!"

But fans were still upset, with one commenting on the post: "You made him cry that was horrible to watch - what a genuinely nice guy he seems... these poor guys with their matches this series so far," to which Morag replied: "Tell me about it. He really is a genuine nice guy! An absolute gentleman and a man! But we grow and we learn x."

The tough conversation came about when the pair were having breakfast, with Morag explaining: "All you've been is cheeky and funny, I need sexual. How do you expect me to fancy you if you're just acting like my mate?

"I feel like you're not treating me like your wife, I want you to be a bit more manly, a bit more romantic. I want to fancy you I do, you're lovely, but I just need more man than boy."

"To be not called a man by your wife is such a low blow. I guess my idea of a man is completely different to what her expectations are," Luke said later.

"To me, being a man is looking after you, being loyal, having your back, supporting you... I want someone to like me for who I am."

Luke later broke down in tears over the comment, admitting: "I don't know how we come back from this."
