Love Island Fans Are Convinced Millie Will Take Liam Back After This Heartbreaking Gesture

Love Island Fans Are Convinced Millie Will Take Liam Back After This Heartbreaking Gesture

Millie Court sniffed her bed sheets after Liam Reardon sprayed his cologne on them - and fans think it's a sign.

Love Island fans spotted a heartbreaking clue that Millie Court is planning to take Liam Reardon back in last night's show, as bed-time footage showed her sniffing her bed sheets - which Liam had previously spritzed with his cologne.

The heartbroken islander told Liam they were over for good after he returned from Casa Amor having kissed and slept in a bed with Lillie Haynes.

But it looks like she may be changing her mind after some gentle (read pushy) encouragement from Liam.

Check out a clip below:

During Monday night's show, Liam wrote Millie a note, which he left under her pillow.

Plus, he also sent her a text message with a picture of the two of them, commenting on the lovely 'voo' - a play on her nickname, Millie Moo.

In scenes which many fans missed last night, Millie then went to bed sniffing her bed sheets, which had been sprayed all over with Liam's scent.

Could this be a sign that she's more interested in reconciling than she's letting on?

Some viewers certainly think so, with one writing on Facebook: "THE WAY SHE SNIFFED THE QUILT KNOWING LIAM SPRAYED HIS AFTERSHAVE ON IT".

"I know i wasn’t the only one who just saw millie sniff the sheets and a smile," wrote someone else on Twitter.

"Oh millie that sniff of the blanket," despaired another.

It certainly looked as if Millie was softening to Liam in last night's show, as fans saw her bantering with him across the villa, and no longer completely shutting him off.

She was spurred on by the other girls, too, who assured her that his grovelling was "cute".

However, many watching at home weren't as convinced.

"I’m sorry but if Millie picks Liam all the talk with Lillie and her kicking off was pointless! All the talk of I don’t trust you, she’ll make herself look silly #LoveIsland," one fan of the show declared.

While another agreed: "If Millie goes back to Liam then she’s silly IMO #loveIsland".

A third was a little more sensitive, writing: "As much as I hate what Liam did to Millie part of me really wants them to get back together #LoveIsland".

We guess we'll have to wait until the recoupling, which airs tonight, to find out...
