People Are Calling Netflix's Hellbound 'Better Than Squid Game'

As we cuddle in to binge even more Netflix as the weather gets colder, we're always looking for the next big TV show.

And we might have found it with the release of Hellbound on the streaming platform with people saying it's even better than Squid Game.

As you can see from the clip, this dystopian Korean drama has supernatural creatures dragging humans to the depths of Hell, pretty scary, right?

Hellbound viewers have also being making comparisons between the show and Squid Game, Netflix's most popular series of all time.

One viewer put it simply: "Better than Squid game #Hellbound".

In fact, a lot of people also thought the show was better than Squid Game: "#Hellbound is fantastic. Addicting premise, creepy/grim vibe. Korean Netflix content is on a roll. I like this even better than Squid Game."

Another Twitter user agreed: "I was mourning the end of Squid Game, but Hellbound is even better."

"Forget Squid Game. Herh you must watch hellbound", declared someone else.

"Absolutely incredible. I preferred this to Squid Game Korean TV is kicking all kinds of arse at the moment. This will stay with me for a very long time. And that last scene? Wow! #Hellbound", said another Hellbound fan.

If you were into the brutality of Squid Game specifically, fans are saying it's nothing compared to Hellbound: "watching Hellbound on netflix, makes squid game look tame".

"Hellbound is insanely nerve wreaking compared to squid game!!", said another viewer.

One Twitter user also agreed: "Ok Squid Game took me the f**k Out but Damn, HELLBOUND Is Super Crazy !!!"

This led to Hellbound lovers wanting the show to get the same amount of attention as Squid Game: "how long until Hellbound becomes the next Squid Game?"

"Hellbound is going to be insane, I hope he gets the same hype as squid game", agreed yet another fan.

Even so soon after the release after the first series, people are already demanding a second season: "Everyone go SPAM @netflix for season 2 !!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪🏽 #Hellbound".

Someone else agreed with the need for more episodes: "hellbound better come back with a Season 2 because they have so much to explain."

Well then, it'd decided, this is going on our watchlist IMMEDIATELY.
