BREAKING: ITV Confirms When I'm A Celeb Will Return

BREAKING: ITV Confirms When I'm A Celeb Will Return

The show has been off air for the last couple of nights due to Storm Arwen.

ITV has confirmed that I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! will not air for a third night in a row, due to Storm Arwen.

The show has been off-air for the last two nights, after the storm battered Gwrych Castle, in Wales, where I'm A Celeb is filmed.

It's reported bosses have been working 'around the clock' to get the show up and running again, but staff members who edit the day's footage have been unable to work in the temporary structure set up for the show due to the weather, which has seen heavy snow and high speed winds.

Now, ITV has confirmed when the show will return.

In a statement, a spokesperson told Tyla: "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! will return from tomorrow night (Tuesday 30th November) on ITV and ITV Hub with a brand new show. Ant & Dec will be back presenting live from the Castle."

The show is in its second year at the castle, and has already seen Richard Madeley - who ITV had reportedly been trying to get on the show for over a decade - depart after just a few days in camp due to medical reasons.

This week, the episodes were cancelled due to extreme weather, after Storm Arwen destroyed a 100ft tree which reportedly crashed into the castle wall.

The Sun reported that a second tree was also destroyed, and ended up on a path near Cledwyn's Kiosk.

It's reported that there was considerable damage to the castle where the crew are located, with the roof or a marquee destroyed and scaffolding knocked over.

Posting about the situation, Ant and Dec shared a video clip on their Instagram on Sunday evening, explaining they were desperate to get back on the telly.

"Hello and welcome to we're celebrities... get us in there! We're desperate to get back on the telly!

"A little update for you... the site was quite badly damaged during the storm and they are in there, working around the clock to try and get it back up and running and back up to speed so we can get back on air as quickly as humanly possible.

"We don't know when that's going to be just yet... We'll be back with more information when we get it."

Instead, Freddie and Jamie's DNA Journey will air tonight at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub in place of the planned IAC episode.
