Olympic diver Matty Lee has won the hearts of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! viewers after his kind gesture for his fellow campmate caught their attention.
The gold medalist, 23, was seen in the opening minutes of Thursday's show offering his bed to 78-year-old Arlene Phillips, so she would have a more comfortable slumber.

Matty said: “I gave up my bed for Arlene. That’s was a nice gesture, even though my night’s sleep wasn’t the best, but Arlene said the best sleep she had in a long time and that makes it all worthwhile.”

Fans on Twitter were gushing over Matty after watching the adorable moment and called for him to get more screen time.
One fan tweeted: " “Matty lee is so sweet #ImACeleb.”
A second viewer shared: "Matty Lee is such a gem."
The compliments continued on social media, with a third Twitter user sharing: "matty giving up his bed for arlene my heart can’t take this."

In other news, Arlene's comments about OCD during the launch show which aired on Sunday (21st November) led to 59 Ofcom complaints.
Arlene was on her way into the Welsh castle in the first episode on Sunday when she mentioned how difficult it would be to live in grim conditions.

"I cannot live with dirt," she said in the pre-recorded segment, showing the theatre star being driven to the castle. "I am completely OCD about everything in my life being organised, clean, neat and tidy."
Arlene has not publicly confirmed whether she suffers from OCD, and many viewers took issue with her comment and with ITV for keeping it in the episode.
