Halloween may have been and gone for another year, but we’re still looking to sink our teeth into a good thriller as the weather turns chilly.
And Netflix has got us covered with its latest offering, Hypnotic, that has left horror fans feeling freaked out.

The film follows Jenn (played by Kate Siegel) who finds herself stuck in rut – between jobs, and finding her anxiety getting worse.
After a friend recommends she sees a mysterious hypnotherapist, Jenn then finds herself in a deadly cat-and-mouse mind game with a man who can control her.
And those of us who watched the spine-tingling horror are feeling thoroughly chilled by Hypnotic.

Others joked that the ‘scariest’ thing about the horror flick was the reckless way Jenn answered her phone.
“It’s them answering calls from blocked numbers for me,” one person quipped, while a second person agreed, writing: “Everybody knows you don’t answer unknown calls and potential spams Jenn.”
"Just finished watching Hypnotic on Netflix.. who the hell answers unknown calls??!” said a third.
