Love Island: People Are Loving Chloe Burrows' Response To Being Told She's 'Past Her Prime'

Not gonna' lie, we were left feeling rather ancient when new boy Aaron Simpson declared age 26 was 'past its prime' during last night's Love Island.

Sitting down for a date with Chloe Burrows, Aaron asked Chloe her age, to which she replied, "25... 26 next month".

But to the horror of Chloe - and many at home - Aaron, 24, declared: "25 turning 26, maybe passing your prime a little bit?"

While there were collective gasps around the country, an unfazed Chloe had the best response. She said: "Are you f**king serious? I'm a weapon."

And viewers couldn't stop praising her for the comeback, with one person writing on Twitter: "Good for Chloe calling Aaron out for saying she's past her prime at 26. She's becoming my favourite girl in the villa."

Meanwhile others were fuming, with another tweeting: "Aaron just told Chloe she was PASSING HER PRIME???? Toby get your head out of your hands you have nothing to worry about."

While a third said: "How does Aaron have the audacity to say ‘past your prime’ cos Chloe will be turning 26 soon."

And a fourth added: "That Aaron guy telling Chloe she’s passing her prime? I know it’s a joke but I don’t like him already."

A fifth commented: "Wait did Aaron just say turning 26 meant CHLOE IS PASSING HER PRIME??"

Although Chloe did later admit that Aaron was her type, she still has her heart set on Toby, with the pair going from strength to strength since they reunited last week.
