We don't endorse drinking two days on the trot, but sometimes a savage hangover can only be cured by hair of the dog. And we can justify this so much more if said alcoholic drink contains the latest healthy superfood: chlorophyll.
This is where The Little Yellow Door's Chlorophyll-based brunch cocktail comes in.
You probably haven't heard of its star ingredient since your GCSE biology exam, but it's experiencing something of a comeback as the hottest ingredient on the mixology scene.

Chlorophyll is the green pigment found in plants, but as well as offering a lurid green hue, it has tons of health benefits. It's often used in medicine to help flush out toxins, helping to hydrate and balance your pH.
The cocktail, which is available at the Notting Hill-based cocktail bar in London, has been aptly named 'The Hangover', and promises to "pack one hell of a punch with more health benefits than drinks can shake a stick at."
The Hangover contains elderflower, egg white, chlorophyll - served in a coupette with mint and chlorophyll perfume - and The Botanist gin. Guests also have the option of adding an activated charcoal shot, if you fancy being extra bouji.
A spokesperson said: "For those looking to detox or retox, guests at West London's quirkiest brunch can now enjoy all the benefits of chlorophyll in just one cocktail.

"No longer reserved for health-food stores, chlorophyll has become the latest superfood buzzword, cropping up in a number of drinks sold across the pond.
"Alongside it's anti-ageing and toxin-busting benefits, Chlorophyll is often used as a natural mouthwash substitute."
The Hangover will be available on The Little Yellow Door's brunch menu from 8th June and will stay on the menu indefinitely.
