​You Can Now Buy Buckets of Maltesers Buttons In The UK

Tesco is now selling huge tubs of Maltesers Buttons just in time for us to indulge ourselves over Christmas.

The party size buckets were spotted by Instagram account @instafoodietwins down the Christmas aisle, and we can't wait to fill our baskets with them.

Although they didn't share the price or weight of the tubs, Tesco's online shop says that they are £4 for 400g - which seems like a bargain, if you ask us.

Social media users couldn't contain their excitement over the find. One user wrote: "Someone buy all these and drop em on me door step [sic]."

Another added: "Can I have 10 of these for Xmas please [sic]." A third user tagged their friend and wrote: "so you think this bucket of buttons is large enough for us xx [sic]."

The buttons were released earlier this year alongside Maltesers Truffles. Just like the classic treat we all love, the buttons are deliciously crunchy, but have a higher ratio of chocolate to malt and are also much flatter in their shape.

These come in 32g singles, a 68g treat bag, a 93g pouch and a 159g share bag, and are available in lots of supermarkets.

The truffles sound seriously indulgent, combining the crunch with a new creamy texture.

These would make the perfect present for any chocoholics in your life, or you could just stash them away to snaffle yourself. You can choose from a small, medium and large gift box.

Maltesers are definitely giving us what we want as they recently released a 520g tub of their signature treats.

Over on Amazon, you can treat yourself to a 520g party bucket of the chocolate coated malt treats - a normal pack of Maltesers holds just 37g in comparison.

There is no denying that these don't come cheap though, as these are being sold for a whopping £38.43, but the cost does include postage.

You can't really put a price on true self-indulgence though, right?

And if you can't afford to fork out on one of these huge chocolate tubs, then you could just fill a plastic bucket with Maltesers on your own, and we are pretty sure it will have the same effect.
