ven though dinner parties may be returning to our lives, our laziness with cooking might have stuck around.

So, the tasty quartet is this: cream, eggs, Caramilk chocolate and brown sugar. Although, you can also use milk instead of cream and white or dark chocolate if you aren't a Caramilk fan.

Obviously, you don't just mix these up in a bowl. Firstly, it involves some melting of the Caramilk in the microwave and then letting that cool down.

While that's cooling, you can whip the cream until soft peaks form.

After that, it's just a matter of adding the brown sugar and eggs to a bowl and whisking until everything is light and fluffy.

Then, you can put in the melted chocolate into the egg and sugar mixture and fold it all together with the whipped cream. Popping it into the fridge for at least four hours will then make sure you get the best results.

How you choose to present your Caramilk mousse can be your personal touch.

The writer recommends putting them into individual ramekins or wine glasses. Also, garnishing with some Caramilk shavings will give it that extra finesse.

However, if four ingredients is STILL too much work for you, there is a TikTok recipe for a Caramilk mousse and this one has literally only TWO ingredients (no prizes for guessing what one of them is).

Alongside your Caramilk, all you need is thickened cream. Some heating, mixing, cooling and whisking, then you're golden!
