You Can Now Get Boozy Ice Pops Delivered Straight To Your Door
Is there anything more nostalgic than an ice pop?
With their paintbox-bright colours and zingy flavours, the summer coolers remind us of long school holidays and the rush for the local ice cream van.
Today, genius brand Wavey Ice is taking those vivid childhood memories of the stick-style ice pop and giving them a boozy, grown-up kick.
Best of all, the alcoholic pops can be bulk ordered and delivered straight to your door to accompany your sizzling barbecues or (socially distanced) parties.
Giving a nod to "old school London" - think long hot summers, an emerging grime scene, pirate radio and Nokia 3310s - Wavey Ice's flavours are vibey.
Crammed with tropical notes and fresh fruity twists, these reimagined popsicles are like a Notting Hill Carnival afterparty for your tastebuds.
There are three mouth-watering options. First up, there's the sharp-sweet Sour Apple and Gin flavour in eye-popping green. Yes please!
Or how about the purple-toned popsicle with lush hints of Black Grape and a generous splash of White Rum?
Last but not least, we have the vivid pink thirst quencher that is Watermelon and Vodka. Mmm.
In terms of booze content, each flavour contains 6.25% ABV per 80ml serving - so yes, these are for adults.
A standard box contains 15 ice pops and will set you back a wallet-friendly £30.
You can also mix up your flavours by opting for the Classic Freezer Pack, £30, which contains:
- 5 x Sour Apple & Gin.
- 5 x Watermelon & Vodka.
- 5 x Black Grape & White Rum
Meanwhile, a Two Mixed Box Deal carries a price tag of £54.99 - perfect if you want to stock up.
Wavey Ice aim to have your order with you within 7 working days from ordering but advise customers to please allow up to 15 days in some circumstances.
The brand started out back in 2014 by "lacing up old school style pop ices with our favourite spirits for banging parties" and from there emerged into a fully-fledged business.
The packaging is bang on too, with 90s-style fonts and tropical doodles.
All hail Wavey Ice, the original boozy ice pop brand. Anyone else got a serious craving for Classic Freezer Pack of these now?
