Lotus Biscoff and the English Cheesecake Company have partnered to bring the ultimate vegan goodie to Waitrose.

Lotus Biscoff has officially joined forces with the brand to launch the new Vegan Lotus Biscoff Stacker Pack.

On Wednesday, 13th May, Lotus Biscoff partnered with Waitrose & Partners and the English Cheesecake Company to make the ultimate indulgence for vegan (and non-vegan!) foodies.

The desert is a vanilla cheesecake on a crunchy biscuit base, which is swirled and topped with Lotus Biscoff Spread and Crumb. Yeah, we're getting hungry too. If you want to grab one to have a taste for yourself then they're only available in Waitrose stores or nationwide on Waitrose.com.

This launch comes as part of the English Cheesecake Company's new vegan range which also includes flavours such as Double Chocolate Cookies & Cream Cheesecake and Deliciously Raspberry Cheesecake tray.

When followers of @lotusbiscoffuk heard about the vegan creation, they flooded the comments with heart-eyed emojis and to be honest, our reaction is pretty much the same. Just with a lot more drool.

Those following @englishcheesecakeco on Instagram felt the same way it seems with one called @theinnocentvegan commenting, "The cheesecake of my dreams :heart_eyes::heart_eyes:". @lucyjweston also commented: "Best news ever! Going to Waitrose today :clap::yum:".

And there's no need to panic either, the original Luxury Vanilla Cheesecake with Lotus Biscoff Twin Packs is still available as well. Better yet, there's also a larger version of the original if you wanted to share it with other people (don't worry though, we won't blame you if you want to keep it to yourself!).

If the new biscuity cheesecake concoction has got you hankering for some Biscoff baking, then we are also still obsessed with the Biscoff Lasagne that Walla Abu-Eid introduced to us. Or if you want something a little more bitesize, then the Biscoff Crumble Cups are a good shout too.

Anyway, I think I need a trip to the biscuit tin as soon as possible.
