Erm: YUM.

Any food launch that has melted cheese involved has our undivided attention, which is why we're all ears for Seriously's new Cheddar Cheese Nuggets.

The Scottish cheese brand - famed for its knock-your-head-off mature cheddar - has just dropped the nugget creations, and our mouths are already watering at the thought.

What you'll get is nuggets made with that signature strong cheese and coated with delicious breadcrumbs.

You simply pop them in the oven and after six minute you'll have crunchy bites oozing with stringy cheddar cheese.

Suitable for vegetarians, the bites are made from Scottish cheddar and we'll bet they are seriously delish.

The nuggets launch at Waitrose and Ocado on the 8th July, with an introductory offer of £2 for a pack of six nuggets until 28th July. Thereafter, they'll cost £3 as standard.

"With Seriously performing well in the market, we wanted to continue to build on this success by introducing another exciting hot cheese product," Lactalis UK & Ireland group marketing and category director Heloise Le Norcy-Trott told The Grocer.

"With its Scottish heritage, provoking backstory and a proven track record for bringing successful new products to market, we believe that Seriously Nuggets will be a big hit with both consumers and retailers."

The latest hot cheese launch follows Seriously's Melting Pots which dropped in 2018.

Made with the same mature cheddar cheddar, small ramekins of cheese are melted in the oven to make the perfect gooey accompaniment to crusty bread and roasted veggies.

They're currently available in Tesco, ASDA, Waitrose and Ocado if you want to give them a go, too.

That's enough cheese to keep us going for a while (and give us some seriously mad dreams).
