We are all guilty of sharing a snap of our food to our Instagram followers and yesterday evening, Ross Kemp posted a picture of his 'detox dinner'. But it seems to have caused a lot of controversy online.

Ross's detox dinner consists of lots of greens - spinach, asparagus, broccolini and peas as well as red onion. It all looks very healthy although the lack of other food groups as well as the small portion has lead to people comparing the actor's dinner to rabbit food.

"Looks colourful but not very tasty," commented one person, with the eye roll emoji.

A concerned fan asked: "What's for the main course???"

One person warned: "Healthy but a windy Wednesday will follow after that lot buddy eat your greens and stay healthy bet they don't serve that at the Queen Vic?!!!"

A woman concurred: "Your duvet will be on the garage roof tomorrow morning."

Some commenters assumed the former EastEnders star's detox dinner was "the contents of a compost bin". Another follower chimed in and said: "Your rabbit eats well."

Ross's fans used the comments section to confess some of the sweet treats they had eaten instead. "I just had a chocolate orange," one person admitted.

A second Instagram user confessed: "I just had a magnum".

There were some positive comments too. One woman said: "It's nice to just have veg you shouldn't have meat every day. Looks amazing."

"That looks delicious..." added another.

One woman decided to give Ross a few recipe tips to liven up his salad. "You need a medium rare steak on that," she said. "The juices running and perfectly marinating the salad below and a Dijon mustard accompanied..."
