Asda is doing its bit to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness month this October, by tickling us pink with pretty Diet Coke cans.

All single-unit 250ml cans in the supermarket will be available in the pretty hue from 10th October, in support of the supermarket's Tickled Pink campaign, which to date has raised over £64 million in support of Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now.

Diet Coke

If you decide to snap up one of these pretty pink cans, 10 per cent of the sale price of 50p will go to charity - in other words, you can grab a limited edition drink and feel good about it too.

Even more excitingly, they'll hide ten pink ones in its multipacks of 30 regular 330ml Diet Coke cans - and if you find one, you'll win £1,000. This is really fuelling our DC obsession.

What could be better than stumbling over a baby pink can in your multipack and bagging yourself cash, all while supporting a good cause?

Best get down to Asda to see if you'll get lucky.

Tuuli Turunen, Marketing Manager for Diet Coke Great Britain, said: "Continuing our longstanding relationship, we're really pleased to support the brilliant work of Asda's Tickled Pink campaign again this year.

"Whether you are keen to win £1,000 or get your hands on a limited-edition pink Diet Coke can, we hope to raise further awareness of the wonderful charity and make this year even bigger and better."

Breast Cancer Awareness month kicks off on 1st October and aims to highlight the importance of breast awareness, education and research.

Everyone can show their support by wearing pink and raising money to help the two charities' target, which is by 2050, everyone who develops breast cancer will live.

We can't think of a worthier cause. Find out more about the campaign here.
