You can now buy a pigs in blankets cheesecake - and our Christmas has truly been made.

Arguably the best part of a Christmas dinner, we'd add pigs in blankets to our roasts all year round if we could. So imagine our excitement when we stumbled upon this beauty...

Created by cheesecake company Pleesecakes, 'The Notorious P.I.B' really is the festive centrepiece you've been looking for.

The delicious cake - which is priced from £38 and serves up to 12 - is made from a crumbly cheddar, oatmeal and thyme base, and a savoury cheesecake filling loaded with thyme, sage and pigs in blankets.

To finish it off, the cake is topped with sweet caramelised onion chutney and a generous helping of those all important piggies. Honestly, we are drooling.

"Pigs in blankets are everyone's favourite festive snack and the ultimate Christmas dinner side... but how about as a topping on a cheesecake?" Pleesecakes explain.

The Notorious P.I.B is just one of the incredible festive cheesecakes the company is offering this year, with others including a 'Winter Wonderland Overload' topped with full size mince pies, candy canes and eight different types of chocolate including Lindor and Cadbury Snowballs.

There's also a Christmas pudding shaped 'Rebel Without A Claus' design, featuring a rich chocolate orange cheesecake encased in a dark chocolate and praline feuilletine sphere and loaded with orange Kit Kat, Lindor and Terry's pieces.
