Lotus Biscoff biscuits are having something of a moment. From their new bitesize rolls to 'Biscoff & Go' pots, the Belgian-born cookie brand just keeps on coming with tasty new offerings.
But despite the constant stream of Biscoff launches hitting stores, fans have taken it upon themselves to create their own Biscoff themed treat... in the form of a McDonald's McFlurry.
Mixing two delicious sweet snacks, diners sick of waiting for the fast food giant to jump on the trend, they've simply taken matters into their own hands.
Writing on Facebook group Money Savers Online, one fan wrote: "Biscoff lovers try this... Get a plain McDonald's McFlurry, then add some crushed up Biscoff biscuits! You'll love it..."

Alongside their handy advice they shared a picture of their makeshift themed McFlurry, where they had crumbled big chunks of the delicious coffee accompaniment onto their McDonald's vanilla iced cream.
And they weren't the only ones to have the idea, as Instagram account NewFoodsUK did the same thing but with chocolate covered Biscoff.
They wrote: "Biscoff lovers out there.... get yourself to McDonald's, buy a plain McFlurry, then add crushed up Biscoff biscuits!!

"You will not be disappointed, I promise you that!! McDonalds, take note!"
While Maccies is yet to answer the prayers of UK Biscoff lovers, it's actually one step ahead of the game in France and Spain, where you can already get your hands on a Biscoff McFlurry in store.

Upon discovering this during their summer holidays, fans were quick to share the news with their jealous friends back home.
"France has biscoff McFlurry... im staying," one joked on Twitter.
While another wrote: "Just had a lotus biscoffmcflurry at maccies in spain n i can honestly say it's changed my life".
