Method

Whisk the egg, sugar, salt, cinnamon and milk in a bowl

Prepare your frying pan or skillet on a medium-low heat and melt 1 tsp of butter

While butter is melting soak the banana brad slices in the egg mixture, turn over after 30 seconds and soak on the other side for another 30 seconds

Once the butter is melted add the slices to the pan and cook for about 3 or 4 minutes. Once it looks all golden brown flip each slice carefully and continue cooking the other side another 3 or so minutes

Take out the bread slices and in the same pan add 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp of sugar and some chopped banana

Fry until they are all nice and caramelised

Drizzle with maple syrup & icing sugar and enjoy!
