M&S Is Selling One Of These Vegan Salt Beef Sandwiches Every 30 Seconds

In fact, since it landed in stores on 4^th January, M&S has sold one every 30 seconds! Clearly the public can't keep their hands off them.

The Plant Kitchen New York pretzel roll with no Salt Beef is £3.50 and made of succulent marinated wheat and vegetable protein, tart sauerkraut, carrot and spring onion slaw, pickled dill cucumber, mustard dressing and coconut-based cheese on a traditional pretzel roll.

Yum.

Social media has reacted positively to the roll. One Instagram user posted: "When I say this was incredible, I mean incredible ... 10/10"

Another Instagram commenter added: "I was blown away by this salt beef deli sandwich ... maybe the best thing I have ever tasted."

The roll is not the only star of the show, the Plant Kitchen Vegan Cookie found in the M&S in store bakery has also seen high praise and strong sales (it too sold one every 30 seconds on launch day).

Social has fallen in love with the new vegan chocolate chip cookie, with one Instagram user posting: 'I now present, the best vegan cookie ... that's it.'

The M&S Plant Kitchen range has always been top notch, but it is currently expanding to include MORE choice and variety, from ingredients for those who want to whip up a vegan supper from scratch to quick fix meals.

Of course, there will also be some sweet treats for good measure, too.

Additional mouth-watering new launches include the Chickenless Southern fried tenders, sweet 'n' sour no chicken, chickenless Tikka Masala, creamy mashed potato, plant based Greek style cubes in brine and the two plant vegan strawberry cheesecake Wedges!
