French Fancies fanatics nationwide, get excited: Mr Kipling has just launched another flavour of its famous fondants. And it's a good one.
Adding to its original strawberry, lemon and chocolate trio for the first time in five decades, the exceedingly good cakes company is now offering mint and chocolate flavour as part of its new Signature Collection.
The small cakes are made up of a soft chocolate sponge, topped with a hemisphere of mint-flavoured buttercream, encased in smooth chocolate fondant icing. Dreamy.

Mr Kipling reckons its new Fancies are best enjoyed as a post-dinner treat, much like the famous After Eight mints.
The After Dinner Mint Fancies join Mr Kipling's new range of fancy cakes, which come with "premium ingredients, richer textures, fuller tastes and indulgent flavour combinations," according to the brand.
Also joining the Signature Collection is Apple, Pear and Custard Crumble Tarts and Chocolate, Caramel & Pecan Slices.
The additions promise to "delight your taste buds and have you longing for 'just one more'." Or the whole pack, same thing.

The new range of scrumptious treats is available now in Morrisons and Tesco and cost £2.50 for the Mint Fancies (eight pack), and £2.25 for the Pear and Custard Crumble Tarts and Caramel & Pecan Slices.
There's also a promotional price of £1.50 if you get to the shops soon. What are you waiting for?
And Mr Kipling isn't the only confectionery kingpin to take advantage of the wonders of mint choc, as Nestle revealed it was launching mint and orange After Eight chocolates last week.

The limited-edition flavour sees a citrus twist added to the peppermint sweet and features slices of orange on the standard dark green box.
Currently, the new chocolates are on-sale in ASDA stores nationwide for £2 alongside the original mint offering, so hurry if you want to stock up before Christmas.
