Muggles and magical folk can mix up their very own alcoholic potions and elixirs in this Harry Potter-inspired bar, which has just opened its doors in central London.

The Cauldron (not to be confused with the real Leaky Cauldron in the films) is offering an immersive cocktail experience for those who never got their letter from Hogwarts.

You will be provided with robes in one of the house colours as well as your very own interactive wand so you'll feel like a true witch or wizard.

Ticket-holders will be led into an interactive work setting, where they will be able to conjure up potions using a cauldrons and recipe books.

You won't be sipping on a vodka and soda with extra lime though, as the cocktails are made from enchanting ingredients, and emit plumes of smoke and magic.

You'll test out your magic wand by pouring three smell helpings of homemade Poetic Mead, and then choose to brew two potions, which each have different traits and effects.

A potions master will be on hand to make sure you don't poison yourself with all the ingredients too.

The London venue also has its very own greenhouse where the botanicals used are grown, as well as real magical and carnivorous plants like mandrakes, foxglove, monkey jars, and venus flytraps.

This part of The Cauldron has been inspired by Culpeper's Complete Herbal, a book about botany from 1653 that has served as a guide for fantasy authors.
