Plant based pals, ever looked on with jealousy as your friend feasts on a delicious chocolate bar but know you can't have a bite because it's made with milk?
If so, you no longer need to look on with envy, as Mars are about to launch a vegan version of the beloved Galaxy bar in the UK.

The new plant-based bar is set to launch in three delectable flavours: smooth orange, caramel and sea salt and caramelised hazelnut.
How moreish?
The sweet treat will go on-sale both online and in store at Tesco, Ocado and Amazon from Monday, 18th November, setting you back £3 for a 100g bar - double the price of the regular Galaxy.

Mars' new release marks the first move by a large confectionery brand to offer consumers a plant-based alternative to milk chocolate, which has taken the brand more than six months to perfect.
Introducing the new range, Kerry Cavanaugh, Marketing Director at Mars Wrigley UK said: "We're so excited to be bringing these delicious treats to Galaxy's range using a vegan recipe that doesn't compromise on the brand's signature smooth and creamy characteristics.
"Wherever you look you can't avoid the vegan buzz in the UK and with the launch of Galaxy Vegan we're thrilled to be offering vegans, flexitarians and lovers of sweet treats even more ways to choose pleasure with a brand they love."

Mars Wrigley has been working closely with The Vegan Society on the launch and their logo appears on the packs.
Abigail Stevens, Trademark Marketing Manager at The Vegan Society said: "We are delighted that Galaxy, such a well-known brand, is entering the vegan market and offering more choice - and even more excited that there are three delicious flavours to choose from!"
