A woman has shared her recipe for home made Baileys, and she claims the end result is even better than the real thing.
All you need to knock up your own Bailey's alternative is whiskey, eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla essence and your choice of coffee or hot chocolate powder.
Sharing her recipe on Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, Kristi Carver wrote: "Sharing this on here as, not only does it taste nicer in my opinion, but you get a lot more for your money too!"
Her recipe is below:

Pop it in the blender, chill, & serve over ice.....
Simple!
The recipe - which Kristi promises is "delish" - makes one large bottle of Baileys, and all the ingredients cost about a fiver.

"My bottles don't last as its moreish! but it'll keep at least a week in the fridge," she says.
There are several alterations she suggests you can make, depending on your taste. For one, you can switch the vanilla essence with orange essence if you wish, and you can also pick between coffee and hot chocolate powder.
Kristi also says you can take the raw egg out of the recipe if you want, but warns the drink will just be a thinner consistency.

Plus, you can make the drink vegan by replacing the milk and eggs with coconut milk.
We need to try this *immediately*.
