Lidl Is Selling Biscoff Style Speculoos Mince Pies In Its 2020 Christmas Range

It's only six weeks until Christmas, which means (in our opinion, anyway) that it is now socially acceptable to crack open the mince pies.

And luckily for our fellow mince pie fiends out there, Lidl is releasing a range of exotically flavoured cakey treats just in time for festive season.

The one we're most looking forward to getting our mitts on? The Deluxe almond/ speculoos filled mince pie that Biscoff fans are going to love. Just the thought of them is making us drool!

Combining nutty almonds and caramel-biscuity goodness, these festive mince pies are expected to fly off the shelves in the hotly anticipated Yuletide season - and they're a total bargain, at just £2.49 for a pack of six.

Another helping guaranteed to put even the biggest Grinch in the festive spirit are the supermarket's brand new Deluxe Gingerbread Star Mince Pies and Deluxe Florentine Topped Mince Pies. Also £2.49, the pies are both lightly spiced with rich, warming nutmeg, with just a dash of cinnamon. Santa will be sure to gobble these treats up in one bite if they're left under your Christmas tree this year.

If none of these new offerings tickle your fancy, then you'll be pleased to hear that Lidl is also bringing back last year's favourites, the popular Deluxe Salted Caramel and Black Forest Crumble Topped Mince Pies.

The uniquely flavoured pies are stuffed full with a generous helping of mincemeat, which is then combined with either a delicate and delicious salted caramel, or decadent black forest berries on a new twist on an old favourite. They may taste rich, but you don't need to be to buy them, with a pack of six only costing £1.99.

But if you're a staunch believer that you can never improve on a Christmas classic, then Lidl is also selling the original All Butter Mince Pies for just £1.49 for a pack of six, or £1.79 for a pack or 12 mini mouthfuls of mince pie.

The full range will be released on 16th November - so be sure to grab a few packs before they sell out!
