Krispy Kreme is giving away a whopping one million free doughnuts this week, to celebrate the ending of lockdown.
The leading doughnut brand will give away up to one million of its glazed variety, starting today - Monday 10th May.
In a bid to celebrate friends and family reuniting, Krispy Kreme is urging Brits to connect with each other - either virtually or in person - by launching its #SmilesAsCurrency campaign.
All you have to do is pop into Krispy Kreme shop and if you can safely share how you have connected with someone, you'll be able to bag a free glazed doughnut.
This can be anything from a social media post to a photo, a message or even a post-it note.
The exciting offer comes as recent research by Krispy Kreme has revealed Brits are yearning for connection as lockdown lifts, with 53 per cent of those surveyed saying they most look forward to seeing friends and family IRL, while 48 per cent say they can't wait to hug their loved ones.
Nadine Singler, Krispy Kreme UK and Ireland's Head of Marketing & Sustainability said: "We are known the world over for our Original Glazed doughnut and we love seeing people smile and connect whilst they enjoy their doughnuts.
"So, we want to celebrate all of those little things that make you smile by giving away up to 1 million doughnuts in a week to those that connect and smile from cheek to cheek! Come on Britain get connecting."
The offer runs for this week only from the 10th-16th May during store opening hours. Free doughnuts are limited to one per customer, per day and the promotion is valid in Krispy Kreme stores only.
Krispy Kreme explains the offer will only run while stocks last - so go, go, go!
