Iceland is now selling Slush Puppie ice cream - and it's perfect for movie nights at home.

We all remember going to the cinema and picking up a brightly coloured slush drink, when we were younger.

And now we don't even have to step beyond our local Iceland to enjoy that nostalgic experience once more.

The ice cream is now available to buy in-stores and online at Iceland, and comes in two tasty flavours: strawberry and raspberry.

They come in tubs that are priced at £3 each for 500ml, and can be enjoyed individually - but we advise buying both and making your own hybrid flavour like we used to do at the cinema when we were younger...

The new creations were first discovered on foodie Instagram, Newfoodsuk, who shared a picture of the bright pink and blue ice cream scoops, and wrote: "We didn't know what to expect, but these have really surprised us!

"The flavours are strong which is perfect, plus, just look at those colours!"

"Iceland trip soon," wrote one eagle eyed shopper, tagging their pal in the comments.

Meanwhile, another similarly wrote: "Iceland doing bits!!!"

"We need these for cocktails," another woman suggested to her pal.

(An utterly genius idea, if you ask us!)

TikTokker, @mixedemotions50 also advised people to check the flavours out in a post on their feed, promising that they were "sooo good".

However, if it's the actual Slush Puppie you're after, then you might want to think about investing in this £59.99 Argos machine.

It comes with a four-pack of syrups and some fun branded paper cups and straws, so you can knock up your favourite frozen flavours at home, and recreate an authentic cinema experience.

It's the same machine that Aldi had on offer within its Specialbuys range in May - and, safe to say, it flew off the shelves as quickly as it was added.

We think we'll buy a machine and stock up on the ice cream, tbh. Can't have too much Slush Puppie in our lives.
