We've all got that one meal we knock together on a Sunday, when we don't plan on leaving the house or seeing another soul all day - a meal that we keep for those private moments when only *serious* comfort food will do.

Now, in a somewhat empowering and oh, so mouthwatering Twitter thread, people are coming clean, and revealing their guilty pleasure meals to the world.
The thread was started by journalist and author Daisy Buchanan, and has since racked up almost 150 responses and counting.
Owning the fishy supper she was tucking into, she wrote: "Does anyone else have a meal ritual for when their partners/housemates are away?
"(I am home alone and eating my favourite husband horrifying solo dinner, egg fried cauliflower rice with all of the prawns.)"

And naturally, after Daisy shared her own home-alone meal, people were quick to chip in with their own go-tos - each more likely to make your stomach rumble than the last.
"Eating a family sized tiramisu whilst i binge watch tv alone," one woman wrote in response to Daisy's tweet. (She sounds like our kind of gal).
While another said: "A Christmas style Iceland buffet. Every. Time. Where I sit there like Henry the goddamn VIII with miniature burgers and undisclosed obscure things stuffed with nacho cheese flavoured chicken impaled on a cocktail stick. And no plate." Yum.
A third took the humble hash brown to a whole new height with her own, frankly genius, new recipe.
"An entire pack of McCains hash browns cooked in the oven with melted cheese slices on top. Four arranged into a square. Crispy bacon on top. Another layer of cheesy hash browns. Another layer of bacon. Repeat until entire pack is in a tower," she wrote." Absolutely glorious".
As a fourth chipped in: "Egg noodles, rotisserie chicken and buttered broccoli with loads of pepper and ketchup." So wrong, but so, so right.
Of course, there were some much less quirky guilty pleasure meals in the list too. We're talking childhood favourites. The classics.

The crisp sandwich came up time and time again, as did Supernoodles and as did the humble potato waffle and bean combo.

Anyone else's stomach rumbling? We wonder if we can coax bae out of the house tonight so we can knock up the lot...
