Disaronno Launches A Velvet Cream Liqueur That Tastes Like Vanilla And Apricot
On the lookout for a new tipple? Well, Disaronno has just launched its first new line release in more than 500 years - and it sound divine.
Introducing Disaronno Velvet Cream, a new amaretto drink that's set to rival Bailey's with its "incredibly smooth" texture and mouthwatering flavour notes.
It comes in the same rectangular Disaronno bottle with its recognisable square cap, the only difference being that it's all white.
Pouring out a rich, creamy colour, the liqueur promises to taste of apricot, almond and vanilla, and can be served either as part of a cream cocktail or on the rocks, for a "true tasting experience that enhances its unique and fresh taste." Mmmm.
Disaronno announced the new release on Instagram, and was instantly met with excited fans of the OG drink, commenting how they couldn't wait to try it.
"Ooooh this has my name on it," said one.
While another tagged a friend, and suggested: "One for our post lockdown party!"
"Ooh..I love the original but this is now on my wish list," a third penned.

The drink's RRP is £15 for a 50cl bottle, but this may vary from store to store.
It is set to be available across all major UK retailers by the end of May, so, keep an eye out for it over the next few weeks when you're shopping for essentials!
Teasing that there could be more to come from Disaronno if the launch is a success, Neil Jardine, managing director of Disaronno International UK, said: "The unique tasting experience enjoyed over ice means consumers across the UK can enjoy a completely new product, still with the distinctive taste of Disaronno which is loved around the world, even during this enforced period at home.
"The launch is incredibly exciting for us and we have big ambitions for the brand in the UK and entering a new category with the launch of Velvet is only the start."
We can't wait to try this!
