People Are Losing It Over This Woman's Clever Freezer Food Hack

How have we never thought to do this before?!

One woman on TikTok has revealed a mega simple (but genius) freezer hack - and we can't believe we never thought of this.

The user, who goes by the name of @thefoldinglady, revealed how to cut and tie bags of freezer food to make sure there are no spillages.

After all, who doesn't have a few rogue oven chips at the back of the freezer?! You can watch the clip below:

In the clip, the woman begins by taking a bag of frozen chips from the freezer, and cutting out a rectangular shape at the top of the bag in the middle.

The space allows the chips to fall neatly out of the bag, without the need to to rip it open with your hands (which usually ends in frozen potato products everywhere).

Once she had emptied out the amount of chips she wanted to cook, @thefolding lady was then able to tie the bag in a handy knot.

Thanks to the two tabs on either side, it's mega easy to tie the bag neatly, before popping back in the freezer.

We can't believe we've never thought of this!

And other users were so impressed with the hack.

"Wow, I learned a new skill today," one person wrote.

While another added: "OMG so simple but so genius at the same time."

And a third wrote: "34 years old when I learnt this!"

And another added: "That's really good, never knew/thought to do that but hey now I do."

We are so using this with all our freezer bags now.

We're learning so much from TikTok these days. Earlier this week, we told you how one person has revealed how to correctly fold a burrito.

"I was today years old when I learned how to properly fold a burrito," the user, who goes by @f0hnzie on TikTok, explained.

"You fold the sides twice to pinch the ends, it's a hexagon, not a rectangle."

The TikToker can be seen adding plenty of filling to the wrap, before pinching both sides inwards and rolling into a hexagon shape.

It looks so easy!
