Calling all prosecco fans and cheese enthusiasts you'll soon be able to buy a prosecco, strawberry and white chocolate cheese - and it looks so delicious.

We first spotted the Ilchester cheese over on foodie guru Instagram page, @johnssnackreviews. The unique Wensleydale is packed with sweet strawberries, creamy white chocolate and tangy prosecco - and we're drooling just thinking about it.

It'll hit Co-op stores nationwide from Monday 5th July, so while we still have a little time to wait, it'll definitely be worth it.

We've got a feeling it will go down very well at barbecues this summer.

The strawberry and prosecco cheese is part of a brand new range from Ilchester, which also includes an Apricot, Orange and Honey Wensleydale - which will hit Waitrose stores from 7th July - a Mediterranean Cheddar, which will arrive in Co-op stores from 16th August, and a Cheddar Cheese with Truffle, which shoppers can snap up in Co-op stores from 26th July.

What an exciting time for cheese lovers!

Ilchester is known for releasing some rather quirky cheese flavours. For example, over Easter, the brand launched a Blueberry & Hot Cross Bun Cheddar and a Chocolate & Orange Wensleydale.

Some cheese fans were horrified at the flavours, but we think they sound delicious?!

Speaking of prosecco, we know nothing says summer like a prosecco packed Aperol Spritz and now, people are making Aperol ice lollies at home.

So, how do you make this refreshing and delicious snack?

All you need is a bottle of Aperol, some Prosecco or white wine, a couple of oranges and some ice lolly moulds. Then, mix 25ml of Aperol, the juice of two oranges (or 150ml of orange juice) and 125ml of Prosecco or white wine and pour into lolly moulds, before freezing until they're solid.

You can read all about the genius idea here.
