You Can Get A Box Of Chicken McNuggets From McDonald's Today For Just 99p

Last week, we revealed the devastating news that McDonald's Spicy Chicken McNuggets would soon be removed from the restaurant's menu.

If you're as gutted as we are, we do have a touch of good news - you can snap up a box of the delicious, spicy treats (or the normal McNuggets) for just 99p today.

As part of a Maccy's promotion, the fast food chain is offering daily deals until Sunday 26th January for customers ordering via the app.

Today, you can snap up a a six-box of normal McNuggets or the spicy option, complete with the delicious, tangy tomato dip for just 99p - and there's no catch.

While the plain nuggets are priced at £3.19 for a box of six, the spicy variety would usually set you back between £3.19-£3.89 (depending on location). And if you're yet to try them, we can confirm they have the Tyla seal of approval - especially when doused in the spicy dip.

Previous app deals have included free fries, free milkshakes and McMuffins and 99p Quarter Pounders - but let's face it, with the nuggets set to disappear off the menu, this is a food emergency.

Most McDonald's restaurants are participating in the deal, but you can easily find out if your local one is by searching on the app. You can download the app for free via Google Play or the App Store.

The delicious nuggs first came on the scene in August for seven weeks, with some fans even launching a petition to make them a permanent fixture.

They returned to our lives at the end of December - but alas, it was not meant to be as they will be removed from the menu again from Monday 28th January to make room for other promotional delights.

In another devastating blow for Maccy's fans, we'll also be saying goodbye to the Cheese Melt Dippers as well as the Big Tasty and Big Tasty with Bacon this week.

I think we can all agree there's nothing worse than McGret (regret over not having a McDonald's) so get yourself down to your local restaurant and enjoy them all while you can.
